We are excited to invite you to the 6th International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) Congress, a premier event taking place from Thursday, 10 April to Saturday, 12 April 2025, at UZ Gasthuisberg in Leuven, Belgium. This congress follows five successful editions that have drawn hundreds participants from 48 countries, establishing itself as the leading global congress on the diagnosis and management of ovarian tumors.

Program Highlights
- Day 1: Explore ovarian pathology, AI advancements in ultrasound, and pediatric gynecology and ovarian masses in pregnancy with case-based learning and expert panels.
- Day 2: Delve into myometrial pathology, endometrial cancer staging, endometriosis and early pregnancy, complemented by abstract presentations, IOTA Certification Test and networking opportunities.
- Day 3: Conclude with a comprehensive gynecological ultrasound course, focusing on gynecological tumors, early pregnancy, endometriosis, fertility exploration, pelvic floor ultrasound, uterine niches and acute gynecology.
Certification and Networking Opportunities
Participants will have the opportunity to earn official IOTA certification by completing an MCQ test at the end of 2nd day of the congress. Additionally, the congress provides ample opportunities to network with fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and establish collaborations that will shape the future of gynecological care.

In what language are the IOTA Congress lectures?
All lectures are in English.
However we are exploring options to include other languages in our following courses.
Do you plan more IOTA Congresses in the future?
Yes! We are planning to organize the IOTA Congress every 2 years. After the 2025 congress the next one will take place in 2027.

Who can register?
The congress is aimed at Medical Professionals, Gynecologists, Gynecology Sonographers and Medical Students.
Until when can I register?
You can register online until: 1st April 2023 23:59 CEST
Afterwards, you are able to register only on-site at the congress registration desk.
For on-site registrations additional €30 is added to the registration price.
I have registered but I have not received any email, what now?

When is my registration officially confirmed and my spot on the congress guaranteed?
Your reservation on our IOTA Congress is only complete after we receive payment from you.
How can I pay for the IOTA Congress Ticket?
After registration you will be redirected to our payment processor page.

Will I receive an invoice after payment?
After successful payment you can find your payment receipt in your account dashboard in "Your documents".

Is the IOTA Certification Test included in the congress?
Yes, IOTA Certification Test is included in the congress and will take place at the end of the lectures on Friday 11th April.
How does the IOTA Certification Test look like?
IOTA Certification Test is a 20 multiple choice question test (with only 1 correct answer per question).
You need 14 correct answers out of 20 to gain the IOTA Certification.
How can I take the IOTA Certification Test?
On-Site IOTA Certification uses 2 methods to gather your answers. The questions will be displayed on the auditorium screen and read by our speaker.
- We use a special web form so that participants can fill and get their results immediately after the test.
- As backup we use paper answer sheets in case you don't use smartphone or feel more comfortable to do it on paper.
When will I know my IOTA Certification Test results?
If you perform your test on the smartphone/tablet/laptop (the web-form version of the on-site test) you will get the results immediately after the test.
If you do it via paper answer sheet, your result will be sent to you via email 5 days afterwards.
Once I successfully finish the IOTA Certification Test, what happens then?
Once you pass IOTA Certification Test you will be able to find your official IOTA Certificate on your IOTA Plus user account dashboard and your full name will be displayed on our IOTA website within the list of IOTA Certified Members.
How can I prepare for the IOTA Certification Test?
All needed lectures and educational material for passing the IOTA Certification test will be presented throughout the congress lectures. Listen carefully and make notes.
I have failed the IOTA Certification Test, what now?
Not all is lost. You will have possibility to register for a on-demand re-take test on our IOTA LMS Platform online.
I want to make a change in my registration, how?
If you haven't paid the ticket free yet, you can re-set your registration on your own by going to the congress event and clicking the "re-set" button.
In case you have paid already, please contact us via the contact form.
Re-funds and cancellations
At this point, if you resign from your ticket we will partially refund you the amount. € 100 will be charged on the refund amount for administrative costs.
After 6th of April, no refunds will be possible.
